The Academic Audit Committee provides an objective, evidence-based review of the Institute's academic processes, quality and outcomes. It functions as an instrument of continuous improvement and academic accountability.
Objective
- To conduct systematic audits of departments, programmes and academic delivery.
- To assess fidelity to curriculum, pedagogy and the academic calendar.
- To surface gaps and recommend targeted, actionable improvements.
- To embed a culture of quality, rigour and accountability in academics.
