About BMIRC
Bhagawan Mahavira International Research Centre (BMIRC) was established on 2nd October 2014. It is an endeavour to facilitate scholars to undertake research projects and carry out innovative studies in social sciences with an aim of establishing the theoretical truths of the Jain doctrines and developing them further to present before the humanity at large the practical applications of these concepts and benefits of various spiritual practices.

The current affluent lifestyle has damaged the ecosystem. Global Economics based on Aparigraha and Iccha-parimana can provide a sustainable development model.
Human Consciousness & Mental Health
Destructive human emotions have torn the moral and social fibre of humankind. Spiritual practices of meditation, contemplation, colour-visualization from ancient Jain texts require thorough scientific research to prove their neuroscientific efficacy.

Collaborations
The centre shall collaborate with foreign institutions and universities pursuing similar objectives with the aim of having cooperative research programs. MOUs can be signed with identified institutions and exchange of scholars, students and faculty can be arranged. Opportunities shall also be explored for joint research projects, book writing projects, conferences and workshops.
