Student Help Center

JVBI has established a Learner Support Center (Student Help Center) to provide the necessary support to the students of Distance and Online Education at the JVBI Headquarter. The Institute provides maximum possible support, and it is continuously growing day by day. Users can also contact the Programme Specialist for better advice on improving study performance and for the best possible career guidance.

Main Activities

• Support to students for their enquiries about Admission / Enrollment / Study Material / Assignments.
• Resolving personal and telephonic queries about Examinations / Results / Degrees / Provisional Degrees / Migration Certificates / Transcript Certificates.

Students should also regularly visit the Institute website (www.jvbi.ac.in/cdoe) for Regular Announcements / Notices / Exam Time Tables / Results / Personal Contact Programme (PCP) details, etc. Self-Learning Material (SLM) and Video Lectures are available for the Distance and Online Education students on the Institute website.
